“Protecting Human Continuity through Fundamental Global Advocacy and Stewardship”

Could Small Changes Result in a Better Outcome?

Welcome to The Global Board of Advocates University,

The Global Board of Advocates is proud to announce the launch of “GBoA Edu” on December 15, 2021 with Registration starting on January 5, 2022 and classes beginning February 7, 2022.  Our online course catalog mostly focuses on global humanitarian, social, and environmental security and continuity through the fundamental Consortium Concept advocacy and stewardship principles. These courses are conducted by seasoned experts and technology innovators working on the front lines of change.  Our course catalog uniquely focuses on relevant forward looking optimism, but takes into account the speed of civilization’s evolution to change before breaking.  This means we focus on “how it should be done” instead of “how it is”.

All GBoA courses are presented with weekly on demand video by the actual instructor along with live telepresence and personal email office hours for Q&A. All course materials are included.  Study groups are held weekly though the GBoA secure video conferencing service. All courses are 6 weeks unless otherwise noted. Each Course will have 4 weekly quizzes with a midterm, and a final exam to qualify for a Certificate of Completion.

All GBoA Edu courses are authorized by The Global Board of Advocates, but are not accredited by any accrediting institution. However, our graduates are recognized by The Global Board of Advocates and The Consortium Institutions as prepared and qualified graduates for advanced level positions of responsibility within the GBoA and The Consortium Institutions. This enhanced knowledge, skill, and understanding prepares our graduates for managing the most common real world issues with institutional operations. We are excited to offer these unique opportunities to allow students learn new cutting edge ideology and technologies.

The GBoA Edu is a designated, not for profit, educational institution by The Global Board of Advocates. We are offering our course catalog to help attract, educate and hire qualified personnel, to inform the public, governments, the private sector, and special interests about how we intend to find collaboration and unity to protect human continuity.

Would you consider helping us cover the costs of providing this content until we can secure adequate and stable funding from the world’s people though their governments?  We are asking that you consider donating in a range of affordability between $0-$15/course or $0-$30 for 3 courses. All donations will be processed as "The Climate Protection Consortium" our Consortium Institution.  All volunteers, employees, interns, Board of Governors, and institutional Directors qualify for free unlimited courses. We strive to offer our course catalog free to the public.

Let's step into the future of forward looking optimism and see if we can make our world a better place !

See you in class Feb 7!

Your Instructor: Ambassador Monique Carey from The Climate Protection Consortium

    Hours: 2

    Required Course

This introductory course covers the basic principles, fundamentals, assumptions, and understandings of The Consortium Concept (CC).  Using the CC, we will cover the Consortium Institutions and talk about their interoperability with the world’s people and the players.

We will discuss The Consortium Concept Standard Guidelines, looking at:

    • The Fundamental Assumptions (FA)

    • The Fundamentals Moral Imperatives (FMI)

    • The Continuity of Humanity/Life Provisions (CoHL)

    • Time-to-Continuity-Transition (TTCT)

We will be discussing the importance of a decentralized global management decision body and how this body needs to embrace human values, CC standards guidelines, and humanity's best interests. This, with independence and autonomy allowing civilization to find a better outlook.

We will talk about how this concept can reduce disaster relief costs and possibly stabilize our economies and societies. In addition, how the concept finances the “things” it needs which are  already owned by our governments and society.  This reduces delays, middlemen, and bureaucracy which may prevent or delay success.

We will talk about how the CC compares to other plans to reverse global warming and climate stabilization, along with the benefits and advantages.

Your instructor will grade students based on their participation in constructive debate on how they envision getting towards the greater good.  Extra credit will be offered to students who collaborate with the authors to improve the draft version's text and help fill in the blanks.

This will be an exciting collaborative opportunity for students to engage with the authors to review the upcoming book release. This course will allow students to participate in the development of possibly our best option to protect human and environmental continuity!

This legal survey course covers the critical aspects of The Consortium Concept and its Institutions:

    • The Global Board of Advocates (an advocacy foundation for continuity)

    • The Alliance of Nations (an intergovernmental organization)

    • The Climate Protection Consortium (a climate/global warming reversing mission)

We will discuss how the Global Board of Advocates is organized under a legally unique classification, its conformity to a singular rule of law, sovereignty, diplomacy, immunity, and global operational authority.  We will also examine the institution's relationship with the world's nation’s governments and how the private sectors benefit while supporting its missions.
